Wood cutting saw blade is one of common circular saw blade and according to different cutting requirements, it can be divided into different types such as cross cutting wood saw blade and rip cutting saw blade, under such circumstance, you have to choose right ones according to different conditions.
Firstly, wood circular saw blade for solid wooden cutting
When cutting solid wooden raw materials, it can be divided into cross cutting and rip cutting. As for the cross cutting, wooden’s fiber should be cut and its cutting surface should be smooth and flat, therefore there should no be any tool marks and cutting burr on its surface. Secondly, saw blade for cutting some artificial boards such as density board, shaving board and plywood. Under such condition, you should fully consider the saw blade cutting performance and its cutting crumbs remove ability. As usual, the external diameter of such artificial board cutting saw blade would be about 10 inches to 12 inches, as its number of saw teeth, it should be between 60 T and 96 T.
Thirdly, please not to neglect the saw teeth shape
For example, if it is the right to left saw teeth, also named as alternative saw teeth, it is suitable for solid wooden cutting, plastics cutting, veneering cutting. If it is ladder flat teeth, it is suitable for artificial board cutting and even nonferrous metals cutting.
