Firstly, number of saw teeth
As is known to all, the cost of production for saw blade with too many saw teeth would be higher because more cemented carbide would be used as raw material for production, therefore its selling price would be higher than other saw blades correspondingly. At the same time, even cutting efficiency can be guaranteed with too many saw teeth, but saw blade’s working life would be one problem which should not be neglected because high cutting temperature at here. Meanwhile, with too many saw teeth, you have to pay attention on feeding amount when cutting, you know, if the feeding amount is not suitable, actual cutting amount is limited and there would be huge friction between cutting edge and cutting raw materials, which also affect its working life. Generally speaking, the gap between saw teeth should be about 15mm to 25mm, of course, you have to choose suitable saw teeth with suitable saw teeth according to practical cutting condition.
