Nowadays in the saw blades market, some poor quality saw blades have been processed with evaporation technique, however, because the saw blade matrix itself is not very accurate, therefore it is not easy to offer the best cutting result, what’s worse, with improper evaporation technique, steel plate is easy to be out of shape under high temperature circumstance, sometimes in order to avoid such problem, people are likely to use small hammer to hit its surface so as to make it become flat, but the problem is that when using for cutting for the second time, it will be out of shape again, in short, the beating way is not the best solution for such problem because its result can only last for a while.

Choose Right Cooling Liquid for Stainless Steel Cutting

As you know, hard materials such as stainless steel is not easy to be cut with ordinary saw blade, and it is common to use HSS saw blade for cutting. At the same time, there is high requirement on cutting fluid and its cooling ways. Here are a few cutting fluids introduced to you and you can choose the right ones according to your different conditions.

Firstly, mineral oils such as engine oil and spindle oil. Such oils have good performance of unctuosity, however, its cooling effect and permeability is very poor, because of such feature, it is suitable for outer round finish turning.
