Generally speaking, there are two saw blades on panel cutting saw machines with good accuracy, one is large size saw blade while the other one is small size. The large size saw blade is often known as cutting saw blade and its common specification include 305*72 saw teeth and 305*96 saw teeth. The small size saw teeth is called as line saw blade, which also can be divided into single piece saw blade and double pieces saw blades.

When cutting and sawing pane, the line saw blade is in the front while the large size saw blade is at the back location. At first, wooden board would be sawed from the bottom via line saw blade, because both large saw blade and small saw blade at the same flat surface, therefore it is convenient for large size saw blade to saw the whole board and the cross section is more smooth. On the contrary, if there is only one saw blade for cutting and sawing, the front part would be damaged when sawing.

In addition, line saw blade is often thicker than large size saw blade because with such design it is effective to avoid board edge collapse.
