Secondly, pay attention to the diet. Diseases come in at the mouth, so people must pay more attention to the diet and avoid eat and drink too much as well as try to take light foods as the main foods. Besides, do not eat unclean foods and avoid eating cold and raw foods at the same time. Thirdly, take exercises. In the morning, people can go outside and take body exercises as often as they can to breathe fresh air, and after eating dinner, go for a walk at lease for around 30 minutes.
