When looking at the precise panel saw, you would notice that there are two saw blades, including main saw blade and line saw blade. By this way, when cutting with the main saw blade, there would be no tear at the edge of saw bite so as to get top quality cutting and sawing effect.

Generally speaking, the diameter of line saw blade is too small, only about 120mm and it is driven with independent electrical machine. The rotating speed of saw blade is about 9000r per minute and its cutting speed should be between 56m per second and 60m per second. At the same vertical plane, the line saw blade and main saw blade should be aligned.

The diameter of main saw blade is between 300mm and 400mm and it is driven with triangular belt via main electrical machine. The speed of main saw blade can be changed according to its diameter and the different types of cut materials. The rotating speed of main saw blade is generally about 3000r per minute and 6000r per minute. The separation distance between main saw blade and line saw blade should be about 100mm.
