In the traditional ratio, if you want to get more sharp tool bit, more thick diamond would be used in tool bit, on the contrary, you can use thin diamond inside, however, with such traditional ratio, the cutting efficiency is not the best condition. Because of high hardness and good elasticity of diamond, it is not easy to have plasticity change when taking sintering workmanship under high temperature.

In order to get good performance of diamond saw blade, when choosing good ratio, it is necessary to improve the stacking density of diamond particle before taking sintering technology, which is beneficial to enhance the cutting tool’s loss ratio. Based on too many experiments, the best particle size ratio should be 1:0.0227:0.071.
